We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Marketing Engineer to lead our marketing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for combining your marketing and technical expertise to optimize and automate our marketing strategies, especially within our own technical platform. You will work closely with our marketing team to implement data-driven solutions that enhance our visibility, conversion, and customer loyalty, all while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, service-side tracking, and effective use of cookies.


Responsibilities:


  • Technical Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement advanced technical marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, automation, and analytics, with a primary focus on our own technical platform.


  • Platform Integration: Implement tracking, analytics, and data collection mechanisms within our proprietary technical platform to drive data-driven marketing decisions.


  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analysis tools and insights within our platform to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement while respecting user privacy.


  • Technical Implementation: Lead the integration of marketing technology, including marketing automation, CRM integrations, and web analytics tools, within our platform while ensuring responsible use of cookies and adherence to privacy regulations.


  • Service-Side Tracking: Manage service-side tracking solutions within our platform to gather user data responsibly and ethically, while respecting privacy preferences and ensuring GDPR and CCPA compliance.


  • Team Leadership: Guide and develop team members, foster collaboration, and share knowledge to build a strong marketing technology team that values data protection and user privacy.


  • A/B Testing: Plan and conduct A/B tests within our platform to optimize website performance and conversion rates, while transparently communicating data collection practices to users.


  • Reporting: Develop reports and dashboards within our platform to monitor key performance indicators and communicate results to management, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.


  • Security and Privacy: Ensure that marketing technology, data handling, and third-party partnerships within our platform comply with current privacy and security guidelines, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in technical marketing or related roles.

  • High proficiency with the following tools is essential: GA4, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Hubspot.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS/JS, SQL is highly beneficial.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

  • Knowledge of privacy regulations, cookies, and data protection best practices.
